  • Design Consultation

    Whether you are looking for a redesign of a single room, a full home remodel or you are starting from scratch with a new build project our team will visit your project location to review the scope and level of service required to complete the project.

    All design projects begin with a free discovery call. From the discovery call, an in-home consultation will be scheduled to further evaluate the scope of the project and for our team to take preliminary measurements of the project areas.

    Please note, in-home consultations are $425 (in-person) and $300 (virtual / out-of-area clients). Consultation fees are non-refundable and come with no obligations. Once we establish the project scope, we will follow-up with a detailed review of our consultation and provide you with a proposal for design services.

    No drawings or design concepts will be presented until Fine & Dandy Design Co. has been retained.

  • Concept Only Design

    If you are looking for professional design help for ideas on how to reimagine your space but are not quite ready to hire a full service design team, begin construction or plan to DIY, our team can provide Concept Only Design Services. We will schedule a consultation (on-site or off-site) as standard to evaluate the scope of your project and when retained, proceed with drawing floor plans and elevations followed by 3D renderings of your project areas.

    After we have provided you with drawings and renderings, our team will be “hands off” and
    the rest of the project will be up to you to complete.

    When you are ready you can take our design concepts and renovate and shop at your leisure with no pressure or strict timelines.

    Please note that Fine & Dandy Design Co. trades are reserved for Full Service projects only.

  • Full Service Interior Design

    No matter the scale of your project, the Fine & Dandy Design Co. will guide you through all phases of your design project. From concept to completion, our designers implement a comprehensive design approach that includes space planning, FF&E selections, procurement, color consultation, lighting design and more. Our team will coordinate with trades and subcontractors to oversee the execution of the design intent. We will be with you every step of the way for your design journey.

The Fine & Dandy Design Co. Approach

  • An initial orientation process in which Fine & Dandy Design Co. will familiarize their team with the requirements of the space, and Client’s desired program requirements. Develop the concept design narrative for the Project. The narrative may include a “look book” with imagery to set the tone for finishes and materials.

  • From the direction of the approved Concept Design, Fine & Dandy Design Co. will further develop the design so that a cohesive narrative is defined. This will be achieved with preliminary sketches and plans along with proposed materials and finishes.

  • The schematic drawings and documents will be further developed into detailed floor plans and elevations along with FF&E and finish selections. Material samples, swatches and clippings may be presented for approvals.

  • Fine & Dandy Design Co. will assist Contractor and Client in preparation of construction documents as it relates to the design intent areas with review and commentary only. Our team will review Architect’s construction direction and review, redline and comment on architectural drawings to verify conformance with the design intent.

  • Our team will act as the point of contact in coordination of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) purchasing and installation. Our team will establish a schedule for purchasing and installation as required for the design intent and project schedule.

  • Fine & Dandy Design Co. team leaders will perform a final site walkthrough with client to ensure satisfaction that all design goals have been achieved. A written punch list will be developed for any and all items that need addressed for project closure.
